Agiolax should be placed dry on the tongue and, without chewing or crushing, swallowed with plenty of water, milk, fruit juice, or similar liquid (at least one glass, i.e. 150 ml, for each 5g measuring spoon of Agiolax).
Drink about 10 glasses of fluid every day while you are taking this product.
