How To Use

The usual dosage is to take one whole tablet with water every day at a set hour, for a period of 21 days
After 21 days of taking the tablets, take a 7-day break. During the 7-day break, bleeding similar to menstrual bleeding may occur; this is normal. Start taking tablets from the next package on the eighth day, even if the bleeding continues
