How To Use
Wash your hands, twister the tampon wrapper open following the directions of the arrows, then pull down the bottom part of the wrapper. Straighten the removal string, give it a quick hard pull. Press the tip of your index finger into the tampon s baseWith your free hand, gently hold the labia apart. The vaginal opening is located between the urethra and anus. Relax! Gently slide the tampon as far as possible up and back into the vagina. If you feel resistance, you can try to vary the direction slighIf you can still feel the tampon, insert it a little further in.
