How To Use

Each Gracial strip contains 22 tablets: 7 blue (numbered 1-7) and 15 white tablets (numbered 8-22). Take your tablet at about the same time each day, with some water if necessary
You must take the 7 blue tablets for the first 7 days and then take the 15 white tablets for the next 15 days.
Start taking your next pack on the 7th day even if your period continues.
