When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and deliver every day excluding public holidays. Our delivery service will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm availability. If our delivery service is unable to deliver for any reason, you will be contacted via telephone the following day to arrange an alternative delivery date. Also, you will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the same time of delivery.

Delivery charges (valid for one order delivered to one address only) will be calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
Products or services are subject to availability. In the event that a product runs out of stock after we receive your order, we will contact you via the details you have provided to advise you. Prescription medications will require an upload of the copy of the prescription and original prescription to be provided at the time of delivery. Insurance is also accepted but documents have to be uploaded during the order process.
In case that incorrect contact details have been provided, re-delivery will be charged as per package weight and destination.
Should in incorrect item be dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service.
Defective items supplied by the manufacturer are eligible for an exchange or refund if the item(s) is returned in person to any raf Pharmacy branch within 24 hours of the purchase date along with the e-payment confirmation provided they are on the same condition that they were sold and have not been damaged in any way.
Milk products, medicines and refrigerated items (e.g. Insulin, etc.) cannot be returned nor refunded if found to be in violation of the applicable regulations and laws of the State of Qatar. In case of an error in website data, the price of the product or its validity or its capacity, our employees will contact you to fix the error without any extra charge from your side.
Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products.
Products purchased from the Promotion 50% Off are non-returnable items. However, in cases with defective products by supplier/manufacturer's fault, we will only exchange it with the same product after inspection that it is of no fault of the customer and with receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, please report it to us within 24hours of receipt. Timely reporting helps us resolve the issue efficiently.
To report damages or defects, please contact our customer service team at online@rafpharmacy.com. Be prepared to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Eligibility:Products that are deemed damaged or defective will be eligible for return or replacement. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging. Return Instructions: Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team. You may be required to send the product back to us at our designated return address. Replacement Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a replacement if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with a replacement or if a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Eligible Products: The Damages and Defects Policy does not apply to products that have been used, altered, or are out of their original packaging. Exceptions: This policy does not cover issues resulting from user error, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
