muscerol extra contains the active substances paracetamol ,orphenadrine citrate and caffeine. paracetamol is used to treat or prevent pain and reduce fever. orphenadrine citrate is a skeletal muscle relaxant. it acts in the central nervous system to produce muscle relaxant effects. caffeine may help increase the effect of paracetamol on pain relief
