Shake the bottle to loosen the granules and remove the cap.Fill the measuring cup with water to the line (20 ml of water for 50 ml pack and 37 ml of water for the 100 ml pack). Add the water to the bottle all at once and replace the cap.
Invert the bottle and rock the bottle vigorously until the sound of the granules in the container disappears. Turn the bottle into an upright position and shake vigorously.
