Duphalac is a type of sugar. It is broken down in the large intestine into mild acids that draw water into the colon, which helps soften the stools. Duphalac is used to treat chronic constipation. treatment of Portal systemic encephalopathy (PSE), a liver disease causing confusion, tremor, decreased level of consciousness. Nexium comes in convenient sachets that contain granules that dissolve easily in water. Each sachet contains 10 mg of esomeprazole, the active ingredient that helps control your stomach acid. Nexium is suitable for children over 1 year of age and adults who suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, or other acid-related disorders. Nexium can also help prevent ulcers in people who take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or are infected with a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori.
